Mini Applesauce-spice cupcakes

Before heading up to Tahoe for New Years, I used the leftover frosting from the red velvets on these adorable cupcakes. Made with applesauce and spices used in pumpkin pie, these babies were yummy! My sister helped me with them. We make such a great team - I mix and ask for things while she hands me the things and cleans up my dishes! We then decorated them with black frosting, spelling out 2010. Festive!
Look at the size difference! The minis are so guilt-free :)
