Red Velvet Cupcakes

Megan and I made red velvet cupcakes the other day. Troubles include not being able to find red gel food coloring and using incorrect cocoa. Martha Stewart must use some really good stuff to make hers turn out right! We paired the red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. There was a lot of frosting left over so I vowed to make another batch before it went bad. The second batch we put more red food coloring in to boost the red-ness. They were still super yummy!
