When I got home tonight I made Sandee's Sensational Asian Salad with Chicken and Cabbage (without the chicken). I added sliced jalapeno to the recipe, as well as red peper flakes to the dressing. I made enough for three full meals! Can't wait to have it for lunch tomorrow, instead of the lame-o frozen meals I have been eating for weeks (okay they aren't lame, I actually really like frozen meals, is that weird?)
